Shalini Shah is a National Award-winning filmmaker and educator. Her documentary "From the land of Buddhism to the land of Buddha" was acclaimed internationally. Shalini has served on juries for prominent film festivals, taught filmmaking at Kumaun University, and founded Akriti Productions. She is also Secretary of HIMACEEF and founder of the Kautik International Film Festival. Her feature film "Samosa and Sons" was telecast on Jiocinema in 2024.
