T C A Raghavan

Dr. T.C.A. Raghavan is a distinguished diplomat, author, and academic. He served as India's High Commissioner to Singapore and Pakistan, and was Director General of the Indian Council of World Affairs from 2018 to 2021. Raghavan also served as President of the Association of Indian Diplomats from 2022 to 2023.
Raghavan has authored several books, including "Attendant Lords", "The People Next Door", "History Men", and "Circles of Freedom". His contributions have been recognized with the Mohammad Habib Memorial Prize (2017) and the Sir Jadunath Sarkar Gold Medal (2023). He is a member of the Governing Council of the Institute of Peace and Conflict Studies, New Delhi, and holds academic positions at the National Institute of Advanced Study, Bangalore, and Jawahar Lal Nehru University, New Delhi.
