corporate, educational, and manufacturing sectors, she has spearheaded strategic initiatives at the leadership level.
Currently, Richa is channelling her artistic passion into creating a unique line of hand-painted garments. Alongside this, she is authoring a
motivational book on Success Strategies, set for publication—marking yet another milestone in her multifaceted career. Passionate about fostering personal growth, she actively engages in mentorship, creative expression, and knowledge-sharing.
