With a career spanning human resources, background verification, communication, training, and education, Swati brings a distinctive blend of corporate experience and academic insight. She began her professional journey as a Résumé Developer, where she honed her skills in candidate profiling. She then transitioned to the role of Background Verification Specialist, eventually expanding her responsibilities within the HR domain. 

Eventually, she redirected her career path toward academia, serving as a Communication and Personality Development Trainer and an Educator at reputed institutions. 

Beyond education and communication, she is passionate about old school rock music and classic literature.
