Sadaf Hussain

Sadaf Hussain is an author, chef, food writer, podcaster, two-time TEDx speaker, and co-host of the award-winning food podcast Naan Curry. He was among the top finalists on MasterChef India in 2016. As a chef, he consults with restaurants to develop new menus and help them establish themselves in the market. He was also a researcher and contributor to Forgotten Food of Rampur, a project commissioned by the University of Sheffield.

His latest book, Masala Mandi, explores the vibrant flavors of the Indian subcontinent through spices. He invites readers to discover the history of spices, learn how to create their own blends, and demystify the aura surrounding spice blends.
